Luxury Multi-Event: Full Service Planning + Design

Our multi-day event planning package package is an in-depth, full coverage planning process. With the nature of destination weddings and multi-day wedding weekends, a lot more logistics are entailed in order to execute a flawless guest experience and create memory-making events that celebrate your love. From scouting the perfect venues for your various events, to handling vendor communication and collaboration, to full design creation and logistic planning in a way that seamlessly flows from one space to another (even if those spaces are at different venues across town!). Having our team of professionals help plan the entire production of events, across multiple days, allows us to expertly care for and manage your dream wedding vision.

Investment: $11,800

This package contains every service included in the Class Full Service, plus:

    • unlimited consultations with Maggie and the MWW Team

Classic Full Service

This package provides the luxury full service wedding planning team, led by Maggie, throughout your engagement. This includes hands-on planning from day one, full support in vendor meetings, professional expertise, and the MWW team to run the full breadth of your wedding day. Our Classic Full Service is perfect for the couple that wants Maggie and the MWW Team to guide them through the entire wedding planning process and take the lead on the wedding weekend.

    • 1 monthly consultation

    • 2 venue walkthroughs

    • arrange all vendor appointments + handle vendor communication

    • provide “next steps” follow up emails

    • provides setup and breakdown plans between all vendors

    • discuss theme, style, design, + vision for your wedding day throughout consultations

    • create a broad-view mood board to provide to vendors for proposals and planning

    • coordinate + direct wedding rehearsal - working with officiant, venue, photographer /videographer, musicians/DJ

    • distribute timeline to your wedding party & family, as needed

    • make sure space is reset and ready to go for first arrivals on wedding day

  • overview:

    • full setup for personal, DIY, and rental pieces not setup by hired vendors (think: linens down, tablescape, placement cards, guest book, signage, etc.)

    • MWW Team is onsite for 15 hours to oversee vendors final setup, ceremony through reception event management, and cleanup management

    • additionally, Maggie is on call all day to funnel vendor and major communication on your day

    • double check layout and vendor setup upon arrival

    • coordinate with glam team and photography team, and wedding party/family to ensure everyone is on time and moving efficiently

    • coordinate ceremony processional and recessional

    • coordinate cocktail hour and/or flip

    • work with venue and vendors to ensure all contract rules & obligations are followed to avoid unnecessary charges

    • work with photographer and videographer to stay on top of wedding day schedule

    • coordinate reception events (i.e. introductions, first dances, bustling, cake cutting, toasts, bouquet/garter toss, send off, etc.)

    • coordinate and assist with final clean up management

Mini Coordination and Partial Planning services - provided by the MWW Team of associate planners

These packages provide partial planning & coordination for the wedding weekend, & foundational planning help throughout the engagement. It is perfect for the couple that needs help with planning the key elements of their wedding and wants professional help running their wedding day, but don’t need full service planning. This is an associates package run by the trained MWW Team of associate planners, where Maggie oversees the lead planners and the team provides the services booked.

Investment for Mini: $3,000

Investment for Partial: $4,800

  • overview:

    • partner with your MWW associate planner throughout your engagement to plan your wedding weekend

    • 3 consultations, with one consultation as the final venue walkthrough

    • access to custom planning portal

    • guidance on engagement checklist

    • review all vendor contracts and quotes

    • provides recommended setup and breakdown plans for your hired vendors

    • layout building, including rain plans

  • overview:

    • MWW Team is onsite for 8 hours to oversee vendors final setup, ceremony through the start of the reception

    • additionally, your MWW associate planner is on call all day to funnel vendor and major communication on your day

    • double check layout and vendor setup upon arrival

    • coordinate ceremony processional and recessional

    • coordinate cocktail hour and/or flip

    • work with photographer and videographer to stay on top of schedule

    • have additional emergency kit on hand

    This package does not include setup or cleanup management services. If you are interested in having those, please look into upgrading to our Partial Planning package.
